Jennifer supports the design of MCE’s evaluations and leads our qualitative data collection analysis and reporting efforts.
Background.
Dr. Jennifer Mursaloglu has worked in various industries including public, private, philanthropy, higher education, and K-12 education within the applied research and evaluation field. With a special focus on equity, she has experience leading and designing evaluations to inform social, political, and educational change. Her experience includes designing and leading diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) climate assessments for federal agencies, including the U.S. Department of Energy and U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. She has also provided DEI consultation services to the Federal Housing Finance Agency, U.S. Department of Agriculture, and U.S. Department of State. Additionally, Jennifer has experience with supporting education and federal agencies with equity work in strategic planning, including identifying key performance indicators in measuring progress overtime. She holds a MA in Community Psychology and a PhD in Education.
