Creative Projects Manager
Pearl Bickersteth is a logistics management professional, creative problem solver, and planner extraordinaire. Pearl leverages an aptitude for strategic creativity to support diverse organizational engagements through strategic planning, coordination, and execution. Her strengths include applying abstract concepts through concrete, sustainable solutions, with skills ranging from fundraising, to donor relations, volunteer management, event coordination, social media management, and hands-on operational support.
Pearl earned her bachelor’s degree in Studio Art from the University of Virginia, with a concentration in Painting. She most recently served as Operations Manager for Jsquared Interior Staging & Design in Richmond, Virginia where she was responsible for developing operational policies and procedures, as well as the daily planning and real-time logistics of 300+ home staging projects annually. Prior to her work in home staging, Pearl served as the Individual Giving & Special Events Manager at the Richmond Symphony, where she managed a comprehensive portfolio of cultivation and fundraising events, individual donors who supported annual operations and programs, and a five-year campaign aimed to raise $10M in endowment funding. She also managed all of the logistical elements of National Arts Strategies’ executive certificate in arts & culture strategy.
