Soribel is a bilingual researcher with community and place-based research and evaluation experience using both qualitative and qualitative methods. Her background focuses on educational equity, transformational leadership, and organizational systems and culture. She has conducted literature reviews, surveys, focus groups, and interviews and effectively communicated evaluation findings to a variety of cross-sector audiences.

With 15+ years, she has partnered with leaders and organizational teams to assess and facilitate training and team building solutions. Throughout her career, she has consulted on initiatives focused on equity and inclusion within private, higher education, and non-profit sectors globally. She holds a doctorate in Public Administration from Rutgers University, a MS in Urban Affairs and Planning, and a BS in Mass Communications from St. John’s University.

Born and raised in New York City, Soribel maintains an avid interest in Afro- Caribbean art, music and dance. She is also a National Dance Institution alum.
