Morgan Kasprowicz
Creative Project Manager
Morgan serves as Project Manager
at McNeil Creative Enterprises, where she oversees project implementation, coordinates research initiatives, and helps ensure client engagements are delivered with excellence. She brings a collaborative, organized approach to managing complex projects, supporting research activities, strategic planning, and cross-functional coordination across the MCE team.
After more than a decade working in music and performing arts education, Morgan shifted her career toward research and cultural policy to address the systemic challenges she experienced firsthand as an artist and educator. As Director of Research and Cultural Policy at the Greater Pittsburgh Arts Council, she led numerous research initiatives, including serving as project director and lead researcher for A Second Look: Racial Equity and Arts Funding in Greater Pittsburgh, published in 2024.
Morgan holds a Master of Arts Management from Carnegie Mellon University's Heinz College of Information Systems and Public Policy and a Bachelor of Music from Belmont University.
Based in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Morgan is a devoted wife and mother to one daughter and two rescue dogs. She also serves on several community development and arts boards, reflecting her ongoing commitment to strengthening the communities where she lives and works.
