Morgan Kasprowicz

Creative Project Manager

Morgan coordinates research projects and contributes to data collection and strategic planning at MCE.

After over a decade working in music and performing arts education, in 2019 Morgan refocused her career around utilizing data and advocacy to address the systemic issues she saw as a working artist and educator. In her work as the Director of Research and Cultural Policy at the Greater Pittsburgh Arts Council, Morgan served as the project director and primary researcher for several projects, including A Second Look: Racial Equity and Arts Funding in Greater Pittsburgh published in 2024. 

Morgan holds a Master of Arts Management from Carnegie Mellon University’s Heinz College of Information Systems and Public Policy and a Bachelor of Music from Belmont University. 

In her private life, she is a wife and a mother to one young daughter and two rescue dogs. She serves on several community development and arts boards in her home city of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
